We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. I was disappointed that at the price it was purchased at, there were not locks on the wheels. We ended up having to purchase rubber cups to keep it from sliding all over the place when bumped or heaven forbid, guests were "active".

The frame is solid, but there is no support in the middle. I had to buy a wooden support so that the mattress wouldn't sink in the middle. This wouldn't be a problem with a box spring, and the rest of the frame works perfectly.
